Board of Management

The Board of Management of Vachaspati Nyaya Sansthan Trust plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization’s vision, ensuring accountability, and upholding its values of justice, equity, and service. As the governing body, the Board provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of the Trust’s programs, finances, and partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership – Setting long-term goals, approving policies, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the Trust’s mission.

Financial Oversight – Approving budgets, reviewing audited accounts, and ensuring that resources are managed transparently and effectively.

Program Supervision – Monitoring implementation of projects in education, healthcare, legal awareness, women empowerment, and community development.

Compliance & Governance – Ensuring adherence to all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements under the Indian Trusts Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.

Partnerships & Networking – Building collaborations with government agencies, corporates (CSR), and international organizations to expand the Trust’s outreach.

Composition of the Board

The Board is comprised of:

Chairperson / Managing Trustee – Provides overall leadership and represents the Trust in official matters.

Secretary / Executive Trustee – Responsible for administration, coordination of programs, and implementation of Board decisions.

Treasurer – Oversees financial management, budgeting, and audit processes.

Trustees / Members – Contribute expertise in diverse fields including education, law, social development, healthcare, finance, and community mobilization.
